SimpleThings Garage is a part-time, one-person operation. We run this alongside other commitments, which means we're selective about the jobs we take on — by choice, not by limitation.
When we agree to your job, we're fully committed to it. There's no team of techs rushing through vehicles, no service writer upselling you on things you don't need. Every job is handled carefully and thoroughly.
Every request is reviewed before accepting. If it's not something we can do well — because of scope, timing, or capacity — we'll tell you honestly rather than take it on and do it poorly.

How It Works
Simple, transparent, and on your terms. No drop-in visits — everything starts with a request.
Submit a Request
Fill out the short form with your vehicle details and what's going on. Photos help — attach as many as you like.
We Review & Respond
Every request is reviewed personally. If it's a job we can take on properly, we'll reach out to discuss timing and confirm details. We don't accept jobs we can't give full attention to.
Work Begins — and You Stay Informed
Once we're agreed, work begins. You'll receive updates as the job progresses, including any findings and photos, through your personal job status link.
Honest Completion
We'll only call a job done when it actually is. You get a clear receipt and everything documented.

General mechanical repair and maintenance. If you're not sure whether your job is a fit, submit a request — worst case we'll point you somewhere that can help.
Oil & Fluid Service
Oil changes, coolant flushes, brake fluid — done right with quality parts, not rushed.
Brake Service
Pad replacement, rotor inspection, and brake system checks. Safety isn't something we cut corners on.
Engine Diagnostics
We scan and diagnose before recommending anything. You get an honest assessment, not a guess.
Suspension & Steering
Shocks, struts, tie rods, and alignment issues — we take time to identify the actual root cause.
General Mechanical
Belts, hoses, batteries, starters, alternators. If it's something we can do properly, we will.
